Recently Im doing Just Nothing these days,with Cardmaking stuff, im quite Busy,

but leaving you what i did some time ago, in May 2011,

I just made this Invitation Card for Our Party At our institute for our Teachers,

Easy And Simple Card, Using Quilling Technique. Thats it!

Card no:29 - Another Special Bouquet Card.

This is Another Special Bouquet Card
For Our Another Arabic Teacher

Tutorial
Dear friends,
The tutorial is almost the same as in my previous post, A Flower Bouquet Card (Card no.28)
only few things i have changed and used instead of other things, and the new thing about this card is i made two of the red roses myself (through quilling technique) and i have explained that through pictures below, so follow the instructions, and here you go!

Step 1
I crumbled the light brown paper, and opened and pressed with iron, to give it a distressed messy look.

Step 2
I tear it with the help of a steel ruler to the size i wanted on the card.

Step 3

Then Adhere the paper to the card using Roller tape (its the best) or you can use any glue stick.

Step 4
Then I made the Flower bouquet the same way i did before in (Flower Bouquet Card)
but this time i used some Handmade Red Roses and some ready made Peach Roses
See the instructions how i made the Red Roses below.

I Colour the Plain white silky leaves to Green leaves.

And Here is my Flower Bouquet which is ready to use on Card.

Step 5
I collected some mesh, in Red and Peach Colour and some Tieing stuff (its not a thread nor a ribbon, you can called it a string but its not that even *smiles*) you may have seen it on a cake or bakery boxes, which is wrapped/closed through this sort of a ribbon/string.

I neatly tie a Bow of that string, and attached the peach mesh with the school glue at the bottom.

I put the Red Mesh square under the Bouquet Diagonally, and added some dry stems into the bouquet and made the tag finally.

How to make Quilled Roses.

Materials You'll be needing are:

1. Thin Red Strip of paper ( I took 3/4 " x 12" long strip approx)
2. Quilling Tool or a Wooden tooth pick (you can use that too)
3. Tissue Dotted Ribbon (Any thick width wise Ribbon)
4. A Coloured Wire ( I used Green Wire)
5. Green Crepe Paper or Tissue Paper or Kite Paper (use some thin stuff)

Method:
Quilling Roses are easy to make,
use a Quiling tool or a wooden tooth pick (it works, I have done with that too)

Start rolling your red strip of paper, (if you are using a tooth pick, then do glue the strip at the very beginning, roll once and stick it there,using glue, then continue rolling, so it will not fall or come out)

So Start rolling the paper, make some spirals (swirls) then turn your strip at a 90 degree right angle, downwards, and keep rolling with that turning, (don't worry if it goes messy) turn again and again at 90 degrees downwards every time and keep rolling your tool, until you finish your strip.
Now just make it loose and glue the end of the Strip to the rose.

After i made the roses, I cut the dotted tissue ribbon in square and the green kite paper in Star shape and attached them together to the rose, at the bottom and then wired the Rose.

This is the Ready bouquet which i used on the Card.

Card no: 28 - A Flower Bouquet Card

Dear sisters, friends and Everyone!
This is a Special Card where i used some flowers and leaves and made a bouquet from them,
it was made for Our Arabic Class Teacher,
A Thank you Card,
on behalf of all the Students.

Its an easy Card, and it Turns out so beautiful.
I hope you all like it.

Tutorial

1. In this card I started with a brown sheet of paper, which I crumbled as much as I can (take a thick paper not very delicate ‘cause it will tear easily while crumbling) I crumbled and opened the paper then crumbled again so that I can get a whole distressed look, everywhere, then I pressed the sheet with iron to make it straight.
2. I tore the sides/edges with the help of a steel ruler, and tore in a distressed way, to get rough sides and corners.
3. Then I used a Thick (width) Floral tissue Ribbon (daisy flower Ribbon) and adhere it to the bottom of the card.
4. I string the top of the card with a thread and tie a bow, adding some beads at the end of the strings/threads.
5. Then I made a bouquet using off white Crepe Paper, you just have to make a fan of it, then tie thread/ribbon/strings at the bottom, and open it, and pressed it down to give it a crinkled look, I then added some readymade flowers (roses and sunflowers) and leaves, I attached it to the card center, with a tilted position, over the ribbon.
6. Finally I made the tag and wrote the wordings,
   جزاك الله جنة الفردوس
   May Allah reward you Jannah AlFirdous
7. In the End I Sprinkled some golden glitter to make everything Sparkle *smiles* thats all!

Materials you will be needing....
(Sorry i dint use the glitter glue, i used some dry golden glitter instead, for sparkling)

Just make a fan and tie at the bottom and open it.

I colour the white plain silky leaves with light and dark Green Markers

Then i added the flowers and leaves into the bouquet, like so....

And attached that to the card using white school glue

I made a tag using cream card stock and tie this with the bouquet

i just wrote the wordings finally and sprinkle some dry glitter all over the card

This is From My Arabic Teacher.

and Everyone!

I wanted to share a Sweet Card which is given to us by one of our Arabic teacher at the end of our Second Level of Arabic Classes, to all of her Students,
it was so nice of her,
She is so Creative and Talented (ماشاء الله)
And i Respect her a lot.

Method:

How she made this Card, i can't tell exactly, but as far as i know, she tore and burned the sides of the card, and pasted the Crepe paper Bouquet where she attached some fabric and ribbon flowers, and embellished it with gem stones, golden diamonds and leaves, and she closed the card through tying one end of the ribbon at the bouquet and the other end at the other side of the card, and inside she attached the ticket to an Open Day at our Institute and she kept a Poem card (an Arabic Poem), which was so heartfelt, that made us cry.

Anyways, I Liked the Card very much,
it was so sweet of her to give all her students the Same Pretty card.
(ماشاء الله لا قوة الا بالله)
May Allah accept this and Reward her for her work, Ameen.

Card no:25- An Arabic Get Well Soon Card

Hi Everyone!

This is my First Arabic Card which I made for my Sweet Teacher at my Institute where I Study Arabic.

Tutorial:

1. I used a standard plain off white cardstock 5.5 x 8.5 inches = Ready folded card 5.5 x 4.25"
2. I made a background on a plain white texture sheet by Painting free hand with Aqua Blue and Light Green Acrylic Paints ,then with a corrector pen, ( I used ROCO whito pen) or you can use any white gel pen or white pointer, and with that I just draw some free hand floral designs on the painted background.
3. I cut the background paper a little shorter than the size of the card, to leave a little border all around and then pasted the background onto the card.
4. Before pasting the background I also ribboned the paper with a blue polka dot Ribbon below.
5. I attached a fringed flower I made with the quilling tool onto the Ribbon (click here to see How you can make a fringed flower/quilled flower)
6. Then i Wrote the Wordings
   (لا بأس طهور انشاء الله)
   on a white square which is attached to a green square.
7. And Finally i embellished the card with the buttons and gemstones
